T - splice could be used to set on the slack main conductorby the overhead working truck. 

The T - splice which is back to back set could provide the medium span connection to the vertical distant main conductor, distaff could be seton the back of the conjunction, in which way the cross arm could be left out. T- splice could be used to forked-connect conductors wiith the same diameter or different diameter. 

1) To assure simple fixing and prevent the T- splice from twisting, the slack side set should not be over line angle.

2）All conducting wires, no matter new or old ones, have to be scrape clean and bright and be covered with good quality electrical contract grease then facked-connect immediately.
