The design of steel strand / ACSR splice is used to splice the stay wire or overhead earth wire．

The material of the steel strand / ACSR should stay the same with the suitable strand conductor.

1) Polishing the surface to make it clean and bright , wiping one layer high quality and matching electrical contact grease immediately, then start to installation;

2) The splice shm」Id be twisted in the same di「ection as strand conductor, most of which are left twisted.

3）After installation the dislocation of splice line to the axis of strand conductor should not be over the half of the splice pitch.

4）The preformed splice is designed for special occasion and disposable. Dant use it a second time or make revisement under any circustances.
